In 2018, our company introduced a group of undergraduates. In order to enable undergraduates to integrate into Kangyuan as soon as possible, grow rapidly, and clarify their own career development channels, the company has carried out targeted thematic training around the ability enhancement of undergraduates. Thematic training can be divided into five stages: experience (induction training period, about 1 week) - experience (production line practice, about 1 month) - integration (department initial fixed position practice, about 2.5 months) - growth (after correction, continuous attention) - take-off (about 3 years later, training for business backbone / Engineer / supervisor level personnel). From July to November, the four-month intensive training has come to an end. Undergraduates are formally assigned to key positions in R&D, quality, PE, market and so on, and continue to grow.

In the whole training process, we have strengthened the function of tutor and HR's "mother's family" and paid more attention to the training of Undergraduates in 2018 from all aspects and from various perspectives in accordance with the forms of process practice, training, outreach training, evaluation, action learning, communication and exchange meetings, comprehensive assessment and collective activities. Human Resources Department, various departments and mentors have played a good synergistic role in training. They have done a lot of meticulous work in training organization, plan implementation, professional guidance, cultural guidance and employee care. While bringing practical help to undergraduate students'growth, they have accumulated valuable practical experience for the company's talent training work.

Concentrated training has been completed, and we will continue to pay attention to undergraduates in the future in the light of job evaluation and Title evaluation. In view of some problems in the process of undergraduate training, I would like to make the following suggestions for undergraduates:

Find the right position and put your mind in a right position

Many undergraduates are inaccurate about their orientation in the workplace. Blind comparisons with their classmates or school experience make it difficult for them to adapt to the workplace life. They can not devote themselves wholeheartedly to the study in the workplace and miss opportunities for rapid growth. It is suggested that undergraduates can use some analytical tools (such as SWOT analysis) to analyze themselves carefully, find the right position, correct their mindset, attach importance to their first job, and cherish the learning opportunities provided by the company.

Take the initiative to learn and plan clearly

Undergraduates who enter the workplace often appear more restrained and passive, lacking certain initiative. We suggest that undergraduates break this passive situation in their subsequent growth, not waiting for their superiors to arrange or assign work tasks, but initiatively making plans and finding improvement points. At the same time, we should not confine our eyes to immediate work. We should pay more attention to the process before and after, or extend the learning of knowledge, and clarify the context of work tasks.

Consult modestly, not arrogantly or rashly

For first-time undergraduates, if they are too sophisticated or aggressive, they will only make themselves more impetuous without a certain amount of work accumulation. Maintain a humble attitude, modestly consult your predecessors, not blindly comment, with such an attitude to restore themselves to a piece of white paper, may usher in more unlimited possibilities.

Be down-to-earth and willing to work hard and attach importance to accumulation

Opportunities are always left to those who are prepared. The company is more willing to work steadfastly and attach great importance to the accumulation of staff entrusted with heavy responsibilities. In Kangyuan, undergraduates have a clear career development channel, and there is also a large space for lateral mobility. We never set limits on people who are really talented and capable. The important thing is that you are really good at it. All the excellence comes from the down-to-earth behind, from the accumulated work. At the end of the internship period, undergraduates need to try to be independent in their posts. Before looking forward to a larger development platform, please arm yourself with down-to-earth achievements.
